About Bike-lungi
How is this different from Car-lungi?
Bike-lungi is sized and shaped specifically for two-wheelers — smaller footprint, lighter weight, and includes a carry pouch you can fit under your bike seat. It's not just a smaller version of the car product; the dimensions and fastening are optimized for bike parking on a side stand.
Will it work on electric scooters?
Yes — and it's especially recommended. EV wiring harnesses and battery packs are expensive to repair if rats get to them. Bike-lungi works the same way for Ola S1, Ather 450, TVS iQube, Bajaj Chetak, and any electric two-wheeler.
Does my bike have to be on its side stand or center stand?
Either works. Most owners use the side stand since it's how bikes are usually parked overnight. Center stand also works fine — the foam lining adapts to whichever stance the bike is in.
Will the foam scratch my bike's tank or fairings?
No. The continuous inner foam ring is the same paint-safe material used in Car-lungi. Wipe down dust before fitting for the cleanest seal.
Can I use it outdoors year-round?
Yes — galvanized iron resists rain, sun, and Indian monsoon humidity. Many bike owners keep it deployed every night and roll it up only when riding.
