2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Free delivery across India. Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. Actual delivery time may vary based on location.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for two reasons: (a) the size does not fit your vehicle, or (b) the product arrived damaged in transit (photos and videos are mandatory, reported within 48 hours of delivery). Products must be unused and in original packaging. The exchange — and any refund, which is granted only in exceptional cases at Car-lungi's discretion — is processed only after the original product is received back by us in unused condition. 5. Warranty
Car-lungi comes with manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
